International servant leadership program


This unique program includes a 10-hour course on Personality types and 30-hour intensive Leadership Principles course taught by Daniel Ballast and other guest facilitators, assignment of a personal mentor from the U.S., a three-week Leadership Academy in Kazakhstan, Ukraine or USA and a demonstration project.

Who can apply: KAFU students (bachelor and master students) who desire to learn to be great leaders, with sufficient English language skills (from both American and Kazakhstan programs), high GPA and recommendations from their teachers.

Applications are accepted at the International Office (room 302 until September 9th).
