On November 18th, 2015 the representatives as well as students of higher educational institutions and colleges of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk gathered in the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in EKR, where they participated in an interactive platform to explain the goals and objectives of the open cooperation agreements on creating an atmosphere of intolerance towards any manifestation of corruption and the formation of an anti-corruption culture in the community as well as to discuss the joint action plan in this direction.

After the end of this videoconference with the Agency, the Deputy Head of the Agency for Civil Service and the Anti-Corruption in EKR, Chairman of the Disciplinary Board T.K. Zhumagulov said: "I think every citizen, as a member of society, should not stay away from this case. Therefore, we urge everyone to join the open agreement, and to contribute to the formation of an anti-corruption culture in the society."

At the end of the event, all participants signed the instrument of accession to the open agreement.
