Guest Lecture by KAFU Professor on University Management within the Framework of the International Week at the Technical University of Nuremberg

As part of the International Week, held at the Georg Simon Ohm Technical University of Nuremberg, the First Vice-President of the Kazakh-American Free University, Associate Professor Zhasulan Baykenov gave a guest lecture on the topic “University Management and Control”.

The lecture aroused keen interest among teachers and students of the German university, because managing a university in modern conditions requires not only deep knowledge, but also flexibility, as well as the ability to apply innovative methods of quality control of educational processes. The speaker shared KAFU’s experience in this area, discussed challenges and prospects, and also presented successful cases of university management.

The event contributed to the exchange of experience and strengthened ties between universities, and also raised issues of standards and quality criteria in the management of higher education.

Participation in such events and the opportunity to share our knowledge and practices with the global academic community emphasizes the role of KAFU as a university of international partnership in the field of higher education and science.
