International scientific competition “For significant contribution to the development of science” organized in honor of the 125th anniversary of Kanysh Satpayev

From January to May 2024, an association of legal entities in the form of the association “National Movement “Bobek”” held a competition “For a significant contribution to the development of science.”

The main goal of this competition is to identify the best significant and innovative projects, promote scientific interests, and create a common unifying platform for the development of science and education. Popularization of personal success.

1st year doctoral student of the Kazakh-American Free University of the Department of Business Eldar Mubarakov, under the guidance of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Professor Ilona Bordianu, became the winner of the international scientific competition organized in honor of the 125th anniversary of Kanysh Satpayev.

Scientists from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the Russian Federation, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, the People’s Republic of China and Belarus took part in the competition.

The doctoral student’s scientific article on the topic “Analysis of experience of Kazakhstan and foreign countries in the field of gender equality management in the labor market” is included in the 1st issue of the journal “For significant contribution to the development of science.”

Eldar Mubarakov was also awarded the medal “FOR A SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENCE” and a 2nd degree diploma for worthy scientific work.
