IT MANAGER TRAINING PROGRAMAT THE WEST SAXON UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES (GERMANY)

The program for training IT managers (Department of Business, Master’s degree, 7M04105 “IT Management”) is implemented by the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences (Germany) together with the Kazakh-American Free University, the Armenian State University of Economics (Armenia), the Kyrgyz-German Institute applied informatics (Kyrgyzstan) and the International Black Sea University (Georgia).

The program was accredited by the Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs in Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Sciences and Mathematics (ASIIN, Germany).

At the end of the program, undergraduates will receive two diplomas: from the Kazakh-American Free University and from the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences (Germany).

The educational process will take place in English – disciplines, exams, defense of a master’s thesis. The writing of the master’s thesis will be carried out under the guidance of two scientific supervisors from the Kazakh and German sides.

Prerequisites for enrollment:

1. Bachelor’s degree level in OP “Management”, “Information Systems”.Knowledge of English at B2 level, confirmed by Cambridge Certificate, GMAT, IELTS, LCCI-Test, TELC, TOEFL, TOEIC-test.
2. The order of study in partner universities:
1 semester – at the West Saxony University of Applied Sciences (Germany).
2 semester – at the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences or at any of the partner universities.
3 semester – at the Kazakhstan-American Free University.
4 semester – at the Kazakhstan-American Free University.

Conditions of education:

1. Partner universities bear the appropriate costs for the preparation and implementation of the curriculum, enrollment and implementation of the program in accordance with legal requirements.

2. Personal expenses of students associated with travel and stay abroad (costs for passport and visa, international transport, health insurance, accommodation) are not borne by any of the partner universities.

3. Partner universities, with the exception of the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences, may charge tuition fees in accordance with their admission regulations.

4. Studying at the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences is free. For time spent in Zwickau, only an administrative fee is charged, which may vary from semester to semester. In addition, during their stay in Germany, international students must have a minimum amount of living expenses, which they must demonstrate when obtaining a national visa to study in Germany.
