Lecture in Honor of Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan

December 13, 2023, Lecturer of the Department of Law and International Relations Yermek M. Zhunuspekov conducted a lecture for 1st year students (after college) and 2nd year students of the EP “Jurisprudence”, “Law and Law Enforcement Activity”, “Law and Customs Activities” on the topic: “The Institutional and Political Role of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the Head of State in the System of Separation of Branches of Power Based on the Results of Constitutional Reforms.”

During the lecture, the students were told about the main stages of constitutional reforms, their results, and the political role of the head of state in the functioning of the government branches.
