Meeting of the Board of Directors of East Kazakhstan Technical and Vocational Education Organizations on the Topic “The System of Educational Work in College and Monitoring Its Effectiveness”

On January 16, 2025, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Technical and Vocational Education Organizations of the East Kazakhstan Region was held at the Higher College of KAFU on the topic “The System of Educational Work in College and Monitoring Its Effectiveness”.

The college staff presented the results of work in various areas of educational activities.

Interaction of the local police service, the East Kazakhstan Region Police Department and the Higher College of KAFU on preventing student crime.

Representatives of the local police service and the East Kazakhstan Region Police Department – ​​E.K. Yelemessova and S.K. Maltugelov – emphasized the importance of cooperation between colleges and law enforcement agencies in preventing youth crime and combating drug crime.

Interaction between family and college.

The discussion was attended by parents of students, who emphasized the need for joint efforts to ensure the rights of students and their pedagogical support.

Volunteering through dual education.

Director of the Territorial center for social services to the population “Ulba” S.M. Aubakirova spoke about the practice of students majoring in “Social Work” and how volunteer activities help develop social competencies.

Presentation of a chatbot for preventing deviant behavior.

Members of student self-government together with Deputy Director S.A. Amangeldina presented a unique Chabot developed at the college, which is intended to become a modern tool for preventing deviant and self-destructive behavior among students.

The heads of the Technical and Vocational Education Organizations of the East Kazakhstan Region highly appreciated the results of the college’s educational work. At the meeting, a decision was made on the need to promote the experience of the KAFU Higher College among other educational organizations in the region.
