Open Forum “Mediation in the Modern World”

On December 13, 2023, 2nd, 3rd, 4th year students of the EP “Jurisprudence”, “Law and Law Enforcement” took part in the “Mediation in the Modern World” competition organized by the East Kazakhstan Regional Court.

The competition consisted of a series of events: “Round Table”, Essay Writing, “Case Championship”, in which students showed their knowledge of mediation.

The students also met with current mediators in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, providing information about the features of the mediator’s profession, career paths and opportunities for obtaining education as a professional mediator.

According to the results of the competition, the KAFU team “Consent” took the 3rd place.
