Participation in the Scientific and Practical Forum
On April 19, 2024, teachers and graduate students of the Department of Law and International Relations of the Kazakh-American Free University took part in a Scientific Forum on the development of administrative law, problems and prospects, which was held at the D. Serikbaev East Kazakhstan Technical university. At the Forum, issues of administrative procedural law, legal proceedings for administrative offenses, prospects for the development of administrative and administrative procedural legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan were discussed.
The organizers of the scientific and practical forum were the East Kazakhstan Regional Court and the Specialized Court for Administrative Offenses of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
