Psychological and Pedagogical Support for Children with Special Educational Needs in the Context of Inclusive Education

On November 12, 2022, teachers of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Kazakh-American Free University took part in the methodological seminar “Psychological and Pedagogical Support for Children with Special Educational Needs in the Context of Inclusive Education”, which was organized by Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University together with “Regional Psychological and Medical and Pedagogical Consultation” of the Department of Education of East Kazakhstan region.

The purpose of the seminar is to reveal the organizational and methodological foundations of psychological and pedagogical support for students with special educational needs in general education schools within the framework of the socio-pedagogical model of education.

At this seminar, issues of training teachers in the field of special pedagogy, aspects of organizing an educational environment for children with special educational needs were considered.
