Creative exams

For those entering the group of educational programs of higher education B005 “Physical Education Teacher Training” and B042 “Journalism and Reporting”

Acceptance of applications for creative educational programs: from June 20 to July 7 of the calendar year.

Creative examination is held: from July 8 to July 13 of the calendar year.

Immodest

Acceptance of applications for the creative exam is carried out at the location of the university you have chosen.

Individual who apply for a group of educational programs of higher education requiring creative training, and who have documents on general secondary, technical and vocational or post-secondary education, pass two creative exams.

Individual who apply for a group of educational programs of higher education, requiring creative training in related areas of higher education personnel training, and who can provide the diploma of accelerated study, pass one creative exam.

For graduates of organizations of secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary education, entering the group of educational programs of higher education that require creative training, points are taken into account in two subjects:

• History of Kazakhstan;
• Reading Literacy (language of instruction).

For persons entering the group of educational programs of higher education, requiring creative training in related areas of training, having completed the accelerated terms of study; points are taken into account in a special discipline.

List of documents for creative educational programs:

• The original document of education (certificate or diploma with an appendix);
• UNT certificate (if any);
• A copy of an identification document.

Creative exams for applicants with documents on general secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary education are evaluated according to a 45-point system.

The creative exam of applicants who have completed accelerated educational programs of study is assessed on a 20-point system.

Graduates of organizations of secondary, technical and vocational or post-secondary education entering educational programs of higher education that require creative training, with the exception of those entering related areas of training of higher education personnel, providing for accelerated terms of study, who have passed the UNT and wish to participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant of higher education at the expense of the republican budget or local budget and (or) enroll in a fee-paying program at the University:

1. B005 “Physical Education Teacher Training” – at least 75 points, including at least 5 points – in the History of Kazakhstan, Reading Literacy – the language of instruction, and at least 5 points for each creative exam.
2. B042 Journalism and Reporting – at least 50 points, including at least 5 points – on the History of Kazakhstan, Reading Literacy – the language of instruction, and at least 5 points for each creative exam.

Graduates of organizations of technical and vocational, post-secondary education, entering related areas of training of higher education personnel, providing for accelerated terms of study, requiring creative training, who have passed the UNT and wish to participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant of higher education at the expense of the republican budget or the local budget, based on the results of the UNT and the creative exam, must score at least 25 points, including at least 5 points for the creative exam and at least 5 points for a special discipline.
