Allen Lenard Shared His Experience with KAFU School Students

On February 19, 2026, as part of Entrepreneurship Month, a meeting between school students and Allen Lenard, an invited entrepreneur from the United States, was held at the Kazakh-American Free University. The event was attended by KAFU Rector’s Advisor Natalia Nesterenko, a KAFU specialist class from School № 39, participants of the Smart Start KAFU project, students from the KAFU Higher College, and second-year students from the university’s Foreign Language program.
The event began with a presentation by the Enactus KAFU team. The young entrepreneurs presented their startup idea and demonstrated their business model. The students also shared their experiences participating in the Winter Acceleration Camp held in Almaty and discussed their collaboration with the KAFU Entrepreneurship Center. The team currently holds weekly meetings with Allen Lenard, receiving mentoring support and practical advice on project development. Guests actively asked questions, receiving detailed answers.
The next part of the event was a lecture by an entrepreneur on the fundamentals of business and the importance of project-based activities. Allen shared his experience of starting a company, discussed his achievements and challenges, and vividly demonstrated the path to successful entrepreneurship. The participants showed great interest and actively engaged in the dialogue.
At the end of the event, all those present noted the practical value of the information received. The meeting allowed participants to gain a deeper understanding of the specifics of entrepreneurship and inspired them to implement their own business ideas in the future.
