Creative Meeting within the Framework of the National Project “Healthy Nation”

Within the framework of the national project “Healthy Nation” at the Kazakh-American Free University, a creative meeting was held with the Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Master of Sports, winner of multi-day marathons in the USA, Switzerland, Russia – Svetlana Khisamutdinova.

The purpose of the meeting is the formation of a healthy lifestyle for students, the creation of a personality-developing educational environment that forms a system of value orientations and attitudes of an active life position, positive motivation for self-development and self-improvement, taking responsibility for one’s own destiny, and an interest in supporting one’s own healthy lifestyle.

Svetlana Khisamutdinova shared her personal experience of participating in cross-country ultramarathons, told how she received the well-deserved title of master of sports in speed skating.

Today Svetlana is 78 years old, and she actively takes part in the races, and her personal record – a sixteen-day marathon with a distance of 1600 kilometers deserves special admiration!
