“Effective Team Building” Seminar

On April 7, 2026, as part of the XVI International Forum of Young Scientists “Modern Scientific Directions: From Applied Research to Innovation,” a special seminar dedicated to building strong, cohesive, and high-performing teams was successfully held.

The speaker of the event was an invited international expert from the United States — Sean McKelvey, Director of Training Programs and Professional Development at Resource Exchange International (Colorado Springs, Colorado).

During the seminar, forum participants had an excellent opportunity to learn from advanced American experience in the field of human resource management. Particular attention was given to leadership in the context of modern universities and the specifics of working with students. Attendees were able to ask questions to a practicing specialist and engage in detailed discussions on current strategies for building effective teams capable of successfully bringing even the most ambitious scientific and educational ideas to life.

We would like to thank the speaker for the insightful presentation, and all participants for their active engagement and thoughtful questions!
