Explanation of the Draft New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Staff of the East Kazakhstan Region Police Department

On February 18, 2026, Saveliy A. Muzhchil, Head of the KAFU Legal Clinic, explained the key provisions of the draft new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the staff of the East Kazakhstan Region Police Department. The presentation was also updated on the speech of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at the expanded meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which took place on February 10, 2026, during which special attention was paid to issues of ensuring law and order and reforming the internal affairs agencies.

Staff of the territorial police units of the East Kazakhstan Region also listened to Saveliy A. Muzhchil’s speech via videoconference.
