Features of the Development of the Institute of Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan over the Years of Independence

On December 8, 2023, on the eve of Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for 1st-year students of the EPs “Jurisprudence” and “Law and Law Enforcement,” Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law and International Relations Ardak Kurmanbaevna. Abdrakhmanova gave a lecture on the topic “Features of the Development of the Institute of Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan over the Years of Independence”.

During the lecture, it was noted that political changes in the country over the years of independence contributed to the development of conflict-free peace between peoples. At the same time, repeatedly explaining the reasons for changes in constitutional reforms, the features of the constitutional reforms were examined and their direct impact on the development of Kazakhstan was reflected. The main directions of the presidential institution in Kazakhstan, its development, and important aspects, considering it from a theoretical point of view, the emphasis was placed on the specifics of the Kazakhstan model.
