Guest Lecture by Senior Investigator of the Investigation Department of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Police Department

On December 8, 2025, Senior Investigator of the Investigation Department of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Police Department, Police Major Zarina Zhenisqyzy, gave a guest lecture for fourth-year students of the educational programs “Jurisprudence,” “Law and Law Enforcement,” and “Law and Customs” of the Department of Law and International Relations. The lecture topic was “Characteristics of Pre-Trial Investigation of Minors in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

During the event, students learned about the principles of protecting the rights of minors, examined the procedure for conducting procedural actions taking into account their age and legal status, and discussed modern approaches to ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of this category of citizens.

At the end of the lecture, Zarina Zhenisqyzy provided detailed answers to students’ questions.
