Guest Lecture by the Head of the Investigative Department of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Police Department

On December 8, 2025, a guest lecture by the Head of the Investigative Department of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Police Department, Police Lieutenant Colonel Akyl A. Bekkaliyev, was held as part of the dual training program. The event was organized for fourth-year students of the educational programs “Jurisprudence,” “Law and Law Enforcement,” and “Law and Customs” of the Department of Law and International Relations.

During the lecture, the students learned about the specifics of organizing the work of investigative units, discussed the application of criminal and criminal procedure law, and outlined the basic requirements for law enforcement officers.
