Guest Lecture “Mentoring as a Resource for the Development of School Science”
On November 11, 2025, as part of the events of the International Scientific Congress “Humanization of Education in the Digital World: Professional and Ethical Guidelines for International Partnership,” the Kazakhstan-American Free University hosted a lecture by Andrey Aleksandrovich Terov, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor at the Institute of Continuing Education of the Moscow City University.
The lecturer presented an analysis of modern models and practices of mentoring in the educational environment, focusing on the development of students’ research culture and methods of pedagogical support. The discussion included real examples of mentoring program implementation, as well as prospects for their introduction in Kazakhstan.
The lecture became an important element of professional exchange within the framework of the congress, contributing to the strengthening of international cooperation and highlighting the significance of mentoring as a key direction in the development of school-level science.
