Guest Lecture on Mentoring in the Professional Development of Young Teachers

As part of the International Scientific Congress “Humanization of Education in the Digital World: Professional and Ethical Guidelines for International Partnership,” a guest lecture on “The Role of Mentoring in the Professional Development of Young Teachers” was held at the Kazakh-American Free University on November 10, 2025.

The speaker was Andrey A. Terov, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor at the Institute of Continuous Education at the Moscow City Pedagogical University (Moscow, Russia).

The lecture discussed modern approaches to developing mentoring systems in universities, principles of pedagogical support for young professionals, and the importance of professional interaction and exchange of experience in the educational environment.

The participants noted the practical value of the ideas presented and expressed interest in further collaboration in the field of pedagogical mentoring and digital education.
