Guest Online Lecture for TSUL Master’s Students

On October 11, 2023, within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law and International Relations of KAFU, Master of Legal Sciences Saveliy Muzhchil gave a guest online lecture on the topic “World Intellectual Property Organization and International Organizations” to master’s students of the Tashkent State University of Law. Saveliy Aleksandrovich spoke about the legal basis of WIPO’s activities, its interaction with the World Trade Organization and UNICEF. In addition, cases on the judicial practice of the Republic of Kazakhstan related to violation of intellectual property rights were analyzed.

At the end of the meeting, the master’s students asked the speaker several questions.
