International collaboration and publication of monographs based on the results of a scientific project

The Kazakh-American Free University has published two monographs by Aigerim Abayevna Rakhmetulina, PhD, Senior Lecturer in the Business Department. These monographs were prepared as part of the grant funding project AP19677634 from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “Development of Logistics Infrastructure and Sustainable Supply Chains for Perishable Food Products in Kazakhstan.”

The project is the result of interuniversity and international scientific collaboration between L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, the Kazakh-American Free University, and Altai State University (Russian Federation).

The monographs reflect the results of comprehensive research aimed at developing the theoretical and applied foundations for the development of sustainable logistics systems and food supply chains in the context of digitalization:

2. Rakhmetulina A.A. Integrated Development of Logistics Infrastructure and Agri-Food Distribution Systems in Kazakhstan. – Ust-Kamenogorsk: KAFU, 2025. – 140 p. ISBN 978-601-7707-18-7.

Both works represent the result of scientific work and contain original models and mechanisms for the formation of sustainable supply chains for perishable products, methods for assessing the effectiveness of logistics infrastructure, as well as recommendations for the development of food logistics in Kazakhstan.

The monographs reflect the results of international scientific collaboration. For example, research materials were presented at the International Scientific and Practical Conference held at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Gumilyov University in 2024, where Aigerim Abayevna presented a paper prepared under the supervision of Igor Nikolaevich Dubina, Doctor of Economics and Professor at Altai State University (Russia).

Following the conference, the author was awarded a First-Degree Diploma for the best scientific paper, confirming the high level of her research and international recognition. The article, co-authored with a foreign scholar, was published in the conference proceedings:

This joint publication with a foreign professor reflects the results of a sustainable international partnership aimed at developing scientific exchange, implementing innovative approaches to organizing supply chains, and strengthening academic ties within the Eurasian scientific and educational space.

The publication of two monographs and international recognition represent a significant contribution by Aigerim Rakhmetulina to the development of the Kazakh scientific school in logistics and sustainable development, as well as confirmation of her active role in shaping KAFU’s international research collaborations.
