International Online Olympiad “Modern Finance 360⁰”

On November 30, 2022, students of the Kazakh-American Free University of the 3rd year of the educational program “Finance” with the state language of instruction: Dayana Damirova , Nargiz Aidarova and AruzhanZhumabekova took part in the International Online Olympiad on the topic “Modern Finance 360⁰”, dedicated to the National Currency Day within the framework of 30th anniversary of the University “Turan”, Almaty. Dinara Mamyrbekova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Business, acted as the scientific adviser.

The Olympiad consisted of two rounds:

1 – qualifying, consisted of writing an essay and shooting a video, lasting 60 seconds;

2- taking tests in the discipline “Finance”;

3 – final, consisted in the preparation of the presentation of research projects on the general topic “Finance of the XXI Century”.

Our students reached the final and lost the prize to the North Caucasian Federal University (Stavropol Territory), Ekibastuz Engineering and K.I. Satpaev Technical Institute (Ekibastuz) and Al-Farabi KazNU (Almaty).
