A particularly important meeting took place with Dr Olga Cretu, Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the School of Management, Coventry University London. During the professional discussion, key issues were addressed, including human capital development, the formation of modern competencies, the integration of research approaches into the educational process, and prospects for international scientific collaboration. As part of the research visit, the scholars also conducted field research and visited major scientific libraries in London, including university and public libraries, where they collected analytical and statistical materials and studied international publications and best practices in digital skills development.

Following the international research mission, the team plans to develop an organisational mechanism for interaction between educational ecosystems and the digital environment aimed at improving workforce training quality and adapting the education system to the requirements of the digital economy.

Such international scientific activities contribute to the development of academic mobility, strengthening international cooperation, the implementation of advanced international experience into Kazakhstan’s educational and research practice, and open new opportunities for enhancing the global competitiveness of national science and higher education.
