IT Projects for Business “HubTech: Innovation for the Future”

On April 23, 2024, the first day of defending IT projects for business “HubTech: Innovations for the Future” took place for KAFU business class students (10th graders of Y. Altynsarin school # 39 in Ust-Kamenogorsk). The students showed how new technologies can change tomorrow, presented their ideas aimed at creating innovative solutions for future technologies on various topics, from creating a website development company, a creative workshop to opening a cybersecurity enterprise. The event took place at the regional “Oskemen IT Hub” site, where future startups of creative ideas and projects were pitched to an audience and received assessment from competent experts. The experts of the event were: Gulnar Zh. Sarsembayeva, PhD, Professor, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Informatization of the Kazakh-American Free University, Ilona V. Bordiyanu, PhD, Professor, Head of the Business department, Zhalgas N. Madiev, Head of “ONAI.OPTIC” (Ridder), Ildar K. Gabdulin, Head of the B.I.M. agency.

As a result, the commission distributed the places as follows:

1st place and 50% discount on education at KAFU was won by Egor Y. Ilgov – Healthy food cafe “GREEN CHEF.KZ”,

2nd place and 30% discount – Petr V. Gavrilov and Khaire Niranand Datta – Cybersecurity Company “Crystal”, Yana A. Starchenko – Eco-Atelier “Operetor”,

3rd place (20% discount on training) – Asanali S. Tolegen – Plastic recycling “Waste Recycling”.
