Description of the educational program:
The specialty of Jurisprudence is a field of knowledge and professional activity associated with the study of legislation, legal norms and legal institutions, as well as the application of this knowledge in solving various legal issues.
Students in this specialty study such disciplines as history of state and law, constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, administrative law, labor law, international law and others.
The history of the state and law studies the history of the development of state power, law and justice, as well as the formation of legal systems.
Constitutional law deals with the study of constitutions and other basic laws that define the organization of the state, the rights and freedoms of citizens, and the basic principles and mechanisms of state power.
Civil law deals with the study of the legal regulation of property and personal non-property relations between individuals and legal entities, as well as the resolution of disputes in these areas.
Criminal law deals with the study of the legal regulation of criminal offenses and penalties for them, as well as procedural rules and procedures in criminal proceedings.
Administrative law deals with the study of the legal regulation of relations between public authorities and citizens, as well as legal entities.
Labor law deals with the study of the legal regulation of labor relations between employers and employees, as well as procedures for resolving labor disputes.
International law deals with the study of the legal regulation of relations between states, international organizations, as well as relations in the field of international trade, finance and human rights.

Law graduates can work in a variety of organizations, including: law firms and consulting agencies that provide legal services to various clients; government agencies and institutions such as prosecutors’ offices, courts, city halls, tax inspections, law enforcement agencies, tax services, and others; and commercial organizations such as banks, insurance companies, manufacturing companies, retailers, and investment funds.
