KAFU Lecturer Awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan
On December 30, 2025, a meeting summarizing the activities of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan was held at the House of Friendship in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk with the Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the East Kazakhstan Region.
The event was moderated by Aidar Serkazynovich Sadyrbayev, Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the East Kazakhstan Region, and attended by Olga Alexandrovna Bulavkina, Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, member of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and the ANC Council, as well as Ravil Alexandrovich Yunusov, Director of the House of Friendship – Center of Public Harmony under the Department of Internal Policy of the East Kazakhstan Region.
The meeting brought together members of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, representatives of government bodies, public institutions, ethnocultural associations of the region, and representatives of the educational community.
Opening the meeting, Aidar Serkazynovich Sadyrbayev noted that 2025 is a юбилейный year — marking the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, and emphasized its stable role in ensuring social harmony, interethnic stability, and constructive interaction between the state and civil society at the regional level.
With a welcoming address, Olga Alexandrovna Bulavkina highlighted the importance of the Assembly as an institution of public dialogue and noted the contribution of regional organizations and educational institutions to the implementation of its objectives.
The meeting concluded with an award ceremony.
A Letter of Appreciation from the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan was presented to Natalia Alekseevna Moshenskaya, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Kazakhstan-American Free University.
The award was granted for her contribution to strengthening public harmony, developing spiritual and moral values, and for active participation in humanitarian and educational initiatives of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. This recognition confirms the significant role of the KAFU faculty in implementing socially important initiatives and fostering civic education among youth.
