KAFU Student’s Athletic Achievements on the International Stage

From January 25 to February 2, 2026, the Kashkulak Ski Resort (Kyrgyzstan) hosted the Kyrgyz National Championships and FIS competitions. The competition brought together the strongest athletes from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Armenia.

Valeria Kvach, a first-year student in the Physical Education and Sports program, demonstrated excellent results:

– SL (slalom) – 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd place;

– GS (giant slalom) – 3rd place.

Valeria is a graduate of School-Gymnasium No. 12 in Ust-Kamenogorsk and a student at the East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Children’s and Youth School of Olympic Reserve in Winter Sports, where she laid a solid foundation for her future athletic development.

The Kazakh-American Free University is proud of its student’s achievements and actively supports the sports community, creating every opportunity for students to realize their potential in sports.
