KAFU Students Join the National Environmental Campaign “Taza Kazakhstan”!
As part of the national environmental campaign “Taza Kazakhstan,” on April 11, 2026, students from the Kazakh-American Free University actively joined the initiative and participated in a cleanup day.
One of the key cleanup spots was the Ulba River embankment, a popular recreation area for city residents. The students tidied up the area: they collected trash, cleaned the promenade, and contributed to preserving the city’s environmental integrity.
Such events not only make the environment cleaner but also instill in young people a responsible attitude toward nature, foster a sense of community involvement, and strengthen environmental awareness. The “Taza Kazakhstan” campaign once again demonstrated that through joint efforts, real and noticeable changes can be achieved.
