KAFU Students Win the Video Creation Contest

On March 31, 2023, the Department of State Revenues of the East Kazakhstan region hosted the awarding of participants in the competition for creating the best video on the topic: “Formation of an Anti-Corruption Worldview and Knowledge of Issues in the Field of Tax and Customs Legislation”.

The competition included 10 works of students of the Kazakh-American Free University (KAFU), D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University, as well as the Higher College of KAFU. The authors of the best creative works were awarded diplomas of the Department and memorable gifts.

The winners were the KAFU team – 2nd and 3rd year students — Aisha Keneskhanova, Grigory Nesterov, Victoria Kuznetsova, the honorable second place was also taken by the KAFU team – 1st and 2nd year students — Ayan Dauren, Gulim Tursynkhanova, Almas Yelemes, Berik Sarsekov. 1st, 2nd and 4th year KAFU students  – Asyl Ramazanov, Nikita Bastanogov, Artem Pospelov, Anastasia Ershova, Mikhail Bugaev were recognized as the best in the nomination “Best Actual Video of Customs Administration”, in the nomination “Best Original Screenplay” 2nd and 3rd year KAFU students – Asem Yeskermesova, Berik Sarsekov, Bekzhan Bakhytbekuly. The 2nd year students of KAFU – Victoria Kuznetsova, Kamila Skakova – won in the nomination “The Best Open Dialogue”.

At the end of the event, the students shared their impressions and positive emotions from participating in the competition and thanked the organizers of the event for the opportunity to prove themselves.
