KAFU Teacher Develops International Cooperation in Turkey

From January 15 to 18, 2025, Saveliy A. Muzhchil, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law and International Relations of the Kazakh-American Free University, visited the Republic of Turkey. The trip was organized as part of his work on his PhD dissertation, dedicated to the topic of friendship of peoples.

During the visit, Saveliy held several important meetings. Thus, on January 16, he visited the Russian House in Ankara, where he spoke with its director, Alexander A. Sotnichenko. At the meeting, they discussed the prospects for cooperation in the cultural and educational spheres, which opens up new opportunities for KAFU in the international arena.

In addition, the KAFU teacher in Ankara met with Ilyas Samatov, a Turkologist at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, who is undergoing a scientific internship in Turkey. The colleagues discussed issues of interaction between universities, emphasizing the importance of exchanging experience and joint scientific projects.

This visit once again confirmed the active role of KAFU in developing international relations, strengthening intercultural dialogue, and promoting university initiatives at the global level.
