KAFU Teachers are Winners of the Republican Competition “Panorama of Pedagogical Ideas” 2024

On December 19, 2024, the results of the Republican competition of video lessons and video lectures for preschool, secondary, additional, technical and vocational, post-secondary and higher education organizations “Panorama of Pedagogical Ideas – 2024” were summed up in Astana.

Aigerim B. Abylgazinova, Irina N. Gulova and Natalya A. Moshenskaya took first place in the thematic direction “Reading Literacy”, receiving 1st degree diplomas for the submitted video podcast. The winners of the regional stage, who took 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, participated in the republican stage of the competition.

Aigerim B. Abylgazinova is a senior teacher-practitioner of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of KAFU, deputy director for educational work at “Secondary School No. 18” of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region, a teacher of Russian language and literature, a teacher-moderator, a master of education in the educational program “Russian Language and Literature”. She is a graduate of the KAFU bachelor’s and master’s programs.

Irina N. Gulova is a teacher of Russian language and literature at “Secondary School No. 18” of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region, a teacher-moderator, a master of education in the educational program “Russian Language and Literature”, a graduate of the KAFU bachelor’s program.

Natalya A. Moshenskaya is a senior lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of KAFU, a master of education in the educational program “Russian Language and Literature”, a graduate of the KAFU bachelor’s and master’s programs. KAFU actively and fruitfully cooperates with “Secondary School No. 18” of Ust-Kamenogorsk within the dual education agreement. This cooperation allows students and teachers to exchange experiences with colleagues from the school, introducing the best pedagogical practices. Such partnership contributes to the training of highly qualified teachers and enriches the educational process of all participants. Scientific and pedagogical cooperation between universities and schools plays a crucial role in creating a high-quality educational environment. Joint projects, such as competitions, seminars and practical classes, provide an opportunity to introduce innovative methods, test their effectiveness and develop professional competencies in future teachers. Such interaction ensures a smooth transition from theoretical training to practice, which improves the level of training of specialists and the quality of education in general. Republican competitions, such as “Panorama of Pedagogical Ideas”, not only contribute to the popularization of best practices, but also create a platform for the exchange of innovative approaches among teachers.
