Leadership in the Context of Gender Balance

From August 26 to 28, 2025, a training course was held at the Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Abai Region, led by project manager A.A. Mukhamadieva, as part of a professional development program for civil servants on the topic “Leadership in the Context of Gender Balance.”

The course materials were based on the results of the scientific project “Economic and Demographic Development of Kazakhstan: Gender Aspect” (IRN AR19680677), funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
