“Legal Care” Сampaign at the Mother’s House in Ust-Kamenogorsk

On January 15, 2026, as part of the implementation of the Concept for Promoting the Ideology of “Law and Order” in Society for 2025-2030, the East Kazakhstan Region Department of Justice, together with representatives of the East Kazakhstan Region Prosecutor’s Office, the East Kazakhstan Region Police Department, and representatives of legal communities, held the “Legal Care” campaign at the “Mother’s House” resource center, which provides support to individuals in difficult life situations.

During the event, these individuals received professional legal advice on protecting their rights and legitimate interests, obtaining government support measures, restoring and processing documents, collecting alimony, and establishing paternity. They were also provided with an explanation of legal protection mechanisms and procedures for interacting with authorized government and law enforcement agencies.

Saveliy A. Muzhchil, head of the KAFU legal clinic, and Nikita Bastonogov, a fourth-year student in the Law and Customs program, participated in this event.
