Meeting of School Students at Oskemen IT-Hub

On November 22, 2023, the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Business of the Kazakh-American Free University Ruslan K. Chettykbaev, ran a meeting of graduates of “Y. Altynsarin Secondary School No. 39″ .The event on the topic “Use of Virtual and Augmented Reality”, held at the Oskemen IT Hub under the leadership of Didar Muratuly, became an example of cooperation between educational institutions and the information technology industry.

Within a specially developed project of major-specialized classes of KAFU and “Y. Altynsarin Secondary School No. 39”, schoolchildren had a unique opportunity to plunge into the world of virtual and augmented reality. The meeting included a showcase of innovative projects created using the latest technological developments, including practical projects developed in collaboration with the information department of the O. Bokey library. Library staff actively supported the project by providing the technical infrastructure for the meeting.

This project is aimed at developing interest in modern technologies among the younger generation and preparing them for the future challenges of the digital era.
