Meeting of School Students with Foreign Teacher Javi Bosket
On March 30, 2023, at the Kazakh-American Free University, a meeting was held between students of the city schools and Javi Bosket, a foreign teacher at KAFU. Mr. Bosket is a Fulbright Scholar and has been teaching foreign languages to KAFU students for more than a year.
During the meeting, Mr Bosket told the students about his life, education, and experience of teaching English, as well as the importance of cultural exchange and international relations. The event was held in the format of an exciting dialogue between students and the teacher who spoke about his experience of working abroad and shared his knowledge in the field of foreign languages.
The event was held in a friendly atmosphere, and all participants were satisfied with the resulting dialogue. Meeting with a foreign teacher was a valuable experience for all participants who were able to practice their English language skills and proved the importance of studying internationally in today’s world.
We shall recall that in September KAFU launched the KAFU Specialized Classes project, which provides students with an opportunity to study English, entrepreneurship and business, information technology, psychology, journalism, law, and international relations. The project has three specialized classes, including a business class with a two-year cycle.
The purpose of this project is to create a launching pad for applicants who choose their future profession to realize their potential as future leaders of New Kazakhstan.
