Meeting with Tai Tun Lim at KAFU: Developing Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Business Models
On October 6, 2025, the faculty of the Kazakhstan-American Free University met with Tai Tung Lim, an expert with over 40 years of international management experience in public, commercial, and non-profit sectors.
The guest delivered a lecture titled “Entrepreneurship — Impact Entrepreneurship”, sharing the “three-sector athlete” approach — the ability to operate effectively in business, society, and government simultaneously. He discussed strategic company development, cross-border investments, the implementation of sustainable development principles, and the creation of ecosystems to support startups.
The meeting provided KAFU faculty with the opportunity to discuss modern tools for entrepreneurship development, integrating social impact into business models, and current approaches to preparing students for the innovative economy.
The event was supported by Resource Exchange International and served as a platform for sharing practical experience and exploring future collaboration opportunities.
As part of his visit, Tai Tung Lim will also meet with university leadership, students, and graduate students.
