Методический семинар ESPRITE 

On November 21, 2025, the Kazakhstan-American Free University hosted a methodological seminar for English language teachers, providing a space for professional exchange and discussion of current approaches to teaching.

As part of the program, Polina Kulik, a lecturer from the Department of Foreign Languages, presented on the topic “Teaching Beyond Words: Why English Teachers Need Soft Skills.” Participants explored the importance of soft skills in modern pedagogy and analyzed practical classroom situations. Irina Fedorova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, delivered a talk titled “Personality Traits Underlying Successful Conflict Resolution,” offering tools to help teachers build more effective communication with students and parents.

The seminar took place in an atmosphere of active professional engagement: participants shared their experiences, asked questions, and took part in mini-practical sessions.
