Mini-Tournament in Volleyball was Held at KAFU
On March 7, 2025, a mini-tournament in volleyball was held in the sports hall of the Kazakh-American Free University, organized by 3rd-year students of the EP “Physical Education and Sports” within the framework of the discipline “Volleyball” under the guidance of teacher Ruslanov V.P. The competition was an excellent opportunity for participants to demonstrate their athletic training and gain practical experience in organizing sports events.
The students independently developed the tournament regulations, distributed responsibilities, prepared a match schedule and provided refereeing. Several teams took part in the tournament, which demonstrated a high level of training and teamwork.
The tournament was held in the format of a group stage and final matches. The players demonstrated excellent technique, accuracy of serving and team play. Fans actively supported the participants, creating an atmosphere of a real sports competition.
The organizers noted that holding such events helps students develop leadership qualities, learn to work in a team and apply theoretical knowledge in practice. The tournament became not only a sporting event, but also an important educational experience.
