Obtaining Copyright Сertificates

The scientific sphere is closely connected with intellectual property: some are working on new developments, others are conducting scientific research, and others are writing articles about new discoveries. Objects of copyright for works of science represent the intellectual property in scientific activity.

On February 27, 2023, teachers and students of the Kazakh-American Free University received copyright certificates for works of science, which proves the right of intellectual property to these objects:

– students of the Department of Foreign Languages Kulyukina M.V., Ginayatova B.S., Ermuratova Zh.E., Kaken A.A., Berdіkhanov A.A., Adilkhankyzy Zh., Dyachkova A.V. under the guidance of senior lecturer Anna Oskolkova, they registered their copyright for the work “GRAMMAR STORIES FOR “ENGLISH FILE PRE-INTERMEDIATE” TEXTBOOK”.

– Candidate of Philological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Asem Nurlanova together with Kuralai Sadykova – Head of the “Language Training Center” State Institution “Department of Culture, Development of Languages, Physical Culture and Sports of Ridder”, a graduate of the master’s program of the educational program “Kazakh Language and Literature” received a copyright certificate for the work “THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF TEACHING LATIN KAZAKH WRITING TO ADULTS”.

– Ph.D. in Law, Professor of the Department of Law and International Relations Yulia Gavrilova registered the copyright for the monograph “LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AS A FACTOR OF ENSURING ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY”.
