Online Guest Lecture at TSUL

On October 17, 2023, within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Kazakh-American Free University and the Tashkent State University of Law, an online guest lecture was held by the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law and International Relations, Master of Legal Sciences Saveliy Muzhchil for TSUL students in the discipline “Criminal Procedural Law” on the topic “Measures of Procedural Coercion in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

Saveliy Aleksandrovich told TSUL students about the concept of procedural coercive measures, their types and meaning. Students asked our teacher questions about the relationship between measures of procedural coercion under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the end of the event, a legal knowledge quiz was held. TSUL students showed good results, answering all the questions in the quiz.
