Online Guest Lecture by KAFU Lecturers to TSUL Master’s Students

On October 27, 2023, within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding,lecturers of the Department of Law and International Relations of KAFU, Savely A. Muzhchil and Ermek M. Zhunuspekov, gave an online guest lecture for undergraduates of the Tashkent State University of Law on the topic “Review of Judicial Decisions.”

Master’s students were told about the procedure for reviewing court decisions under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Our speakers were asked various questions regarding the possibility of using artificial intelligence in reviewing court decisions and the features of Kazakhstani legislation in the field of reviewing court decisions in criminal and civil cases. Our colleagues answered all the master’s students’ questions.
