Online Lecture on the Topic “Intellectual Property Law”

April 3, 2024 an online lecture on the topic “Intellectual Property Law” was held for 3rd year students of the EP “Law” group of KAFU. The lecture was given by the managing partner of «Bolotov and Partners» LLP, Yuri.A. Bolotov.
Yuri A. Bolotov gave a definition of what intellectual property is, spoke about the classification of IP and how to protect it, as well as statistical data on registered IP objects. He demonstrated in detail the procedure for registering industrial property objects and gave examples of problems and features that arise during the registration of trademarks in his practice.
