Participation in the International scientific and Practical Conference Dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On November 29, 2023, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a Legal Guarantee for the Development of the Country and the Welfare of Society” was held in Tashkent. This conference was organized by the Center for Advanced Training of Lawyers under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The international conference was attended by a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Law and International Relations of KAFU, Master of Legal Sciences, currently on academic mobility as a teacher at the Tashkent State University of Law within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding — Saveliy A. Muzhchil. Our colleague made a report on the topic “Regulatory and Legal Framework for the Protection of Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

The conference brought together leading representatives of government and the scientific community and provided a platform for discussing issues such as the direct application of the Constitution by courts, guarantees of human rights and freedoms in the Constitution, the constitutional and legal basis for the activities of the prosecutor’s office and other issues. Honorary lawyers from Uzbekistan and other countries took part in the conference.
