Participation of KAFU Associate Professor in an International Conference on Labor Law

On April 11, 2025, Associate Professor of the Department of Law and International Relations of the Kazakh-American Free University, PhD Botagoz A. Umitchinova, participated in an international scientific and practical conference organized by the Department of Labor Law of the Tashkent State University of Law.

The conference topic – “Features of the Legal Regulation of the Labor of Women and Persons Engaged in the Performance of Family Responsibilities” – brought together scientists and practitioners from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey, and other countries. During the event, topical issues related to ensuring the rights and guarantees of workers in this category were discussed, the participants exchanged experiences, and presented the results of scientific research.

During her visit to TSUL,Botagoz A. Umitchinova also conducted a series of trainings for university students aimed at improving legal literacy and developing professional competencies in the field of labor law.

Participation of KAFU teachers in international scientific forums contributes to strengthening academic ties, expanding scientific cooperation and increasing the university’s prestige at the international level.
