Practical Lesson on Conflictology with an Invited Expert

On December 5, 2024, a practical lesson on the subject of “Conflictology” was held with 3rd-year students of the educational program “Psychology” of the Kazakh-American Free University. The event was conducted by an invited psychologist, Gestalt therapist, trainer of the “Society of Practicing Psychologists “Gestalt Approach”” Anzhelika P. Mersiyanova (Russia, Krasnoyarsk).

As part of the lesson, students got acquainted with the projective technique “”I, We, They”: research, correction and therapy of group experience”, developed by Abramova E.V. and Mersiyanova A.P. Group work allowed the participants to share their experiences and feelings associated with relationships in society, which contributed to the identification of new facets of interaction and deeper self-knowledge.

The technique has demonstrated its effectiveness in resolving situations of social tension, as well as in working with interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts.
