Practice-Oriented Approach in Training Future Teachers
On February 26, 2025, within the framework of the discipline “Methodology of Teaching the Kazakh Language”, Senior Lecturer Yedilbaeva G.B. conducted a lesson based on a practice-oriented approach. During the lesson, students simulated the educational process, taking on the roles of teachers and students.
One of the students acted as a teacher and conducted a lesson on a specific topic, demonstrating the ability to plan, organize and conduct a lesson. The rest of the students played the role of students, actively interacting in the educational process. This method allowed future teachers to practice key aspects of teaching, including classroom management and the use of teaching techniques.
After the lesson, a detailed analysis of the lesson took place. The teacher and students analyzed its progress together, discussed the strengths of the lesson and formulated recommendations for improving the teaching methods. This format of training contributes to the formation of professional competencies necessary for successful work in the educational sphere, and helps students confidently enter the teaching profession.
