Results of the Students’ Internship of the Educational Program “Russian Language and Literature”

From April 7 to May 17, 2025, third-year full-time students of EP 6B01702, “Russian Language and Literature,” undertook a continuous pedagogical internship in schools in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

As part of this internship, senior lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of KAFU Natalya A. Moshenskaya visited lessons taught by students. The purpose of the visits was to observe the organization of classes, provide methodological support, and assess the professional level of future teachers.

The practicum facilities were: Secondary School No. 15, Mukhtar Auezov Secondary School No. 17, School-Gymnasium No. 12, Y. Altynsarin Secondary School No. 39.

During the visits, feedback was also received from mentor teachers and school administration. The students’ conscientiousness, their desire for professional development, ability to establish contact with students, responsibility in preparing for classes, and desire to implement modern teaching methods were noted.

Following the visits, Natalya A. Moshenskaya emphasized that the students demonstrated a high level of readiness for future teaching activities.

Such visits and interaction with practicum facilities allow for a comprehensive assessment of the results of practice, adjustment of students’ educational routes, and strengthening of partnerships between the university and general education institutions of the region.
