Round Table “The Constitution Through the Eyes of Youth”

On September 22, 2025, a round table dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University.

The speaker was Saveliy A. Muzhchil, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Law and International Relations at the Kazakh-American Free University and Legal Consultant for the Chamber of Legal Consultants in the East Kazakhstan Region. He spoke about current issues related to the protection of human rights in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The round table was attended by representatives of the Chamber of Legal Consultants of the East Kazakhstan Region, students, and faculty members. The speakers shared practical experience and answered students’ questions.

At the end of the meeting, S.A. Muzhchil conducted a quiz designed to enhance students’ legal awareness and culture.
