Seminar at the East Kazakhstan Region Trade Union

On December 23, 2025, fourth-year students of the Law program at the Kazakh-American Free University participated in a roundtable seminar on “Mediation in Resolving Labor Disputes” at the Territorial Association of Trade Unions of the East Kazakhstan Region.

The students learned about the role of mediation and conciliation procedures in resolving civil and labor disputes, as well as the work of trade unions in resolving labor conflicts.
